°C) range, ACTIS Computer introduces a new COM Express
heatspreader compatible with our 2 PowerPC modules for an
optimized power dissipation without using active based cooling
systems.
With this new heatspeader element, the COM
Express processor modules supplied by ACTIS Computer are now
available for worst and rugged environments as required by
various application markets including transportation, security,
military, industrial process control, telecommunication, research,
etc. These solutions combine a high computer design integration
with a superior level of reliability.
The XCOM-9347 and XCOM-9460
COM Express modules are both providing PowerPC processors
based solutions with a standard set of perpheral interfaces
like Gigabit Ethernet, Graphic controller, Serial-ATA, USB2.0,
etc.
These modules are available in two operating
temperature range versions:
Commercial 0/+55 °C (with a small heatsink)
Extended -40/+85 °C (with the new heatspeader)
